We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines. The actual air transportation is provided by the relevant airline(s), and their terms and conditions apply to your flight.
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.
When you create a fare alert with "Auto-Secure" mode:
For flights departing within 7 days, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card. This hold will either be captured when we book your flight or released if no booking is made.
For flights departing more than 7 days out, payment is captured immediately when creating the fare alert and will be refunded if no booking is made by the expiry date.
Flight prices and availability change constantly. We cannot guarantee that a flight will be available at any particular price, or that a fare alert will result in a booking.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number. Your e-ticket will be issued by the operating airline.
You are responsible for ensuring all passenger information is accurate and matches travel documents exactly. Name changes or corrections may not be possible or may incur fees.
You are responsible for ensuring all passengers have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. We are not responsible for denied boarding due to inadequate documentation.
All prices displayed include our service fee. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. The final price you pay includes:
Prices may change at any time before booking is confirmed. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the price you pay.
You may cancel a fare alert at any time before a booking is made. If payment was collected, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.
Flight cancellation and refund policies are determined by the operating airline. We will assist you in processing cancellation requests, but refund eligibility is subject to airline policies and fare rules.
Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where required by law.
Airlines may change flight times, routes, or cancel flights. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes, but you should also check with the airline directly before travelling.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fine Content Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
